Turkey encourages the acquisition of Turkish citizenship through investment in order to attract foreign investors and promote international capital inflow. This program aims to support Turkey’s economic development by encouraging foreign investment in the country.

Pursuant to the Presidential Decree dated September 18, 2018 and numbered 106, the “Regulation on the Amendments to the Regulation on the Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law” entered into force. According to this regulation, foreign nationals who meet any of the investment conditions listed below are eligible to apply for Turkish citizenship under the investment program.
