PROCESS STEP BY STEP

1. Obtaining a tax number
2. Opening a bank account
3. Selection of immovable property in Spain
4. Preparation of the sales contract and completion of the real estate sales process
5. Completion of Golden Visa application documents, submission of your application, and completion of the biometric process
6. Processing time between 2 to 3 months
7. The initial residence permit is granted for a period of 3 years, which can be extended for an additional 3 years upon the condition of staying in Spain at least once a year.
